Premiering on on June 9 on Disney+, Loki is the latest addition to the MCU. And It will release episodes every Wednesday. The show will feature Tom Hiddleston (Loki), Owen Wilson (Time Variance Authority), Gugu Mbatha-Raw (Ravonna Lexus) and Wunmi Mosaku (Hunter B-15) as the main cast.
Here's the materials posted by the Marvel Studio's account:
And in case you haven't watched the trailer, here it is:
To start off, It's clear that Disney is not messing around with the MCU, both the trailer and posters are absolutely breath taking. And from a marketing perspective, I feel they are reaching a wider audience (beyond MCU fans), WandaVision had that same reach. From the materials, the trailer provides such a compelling and immersive storyline that makes you wanna follow. It has a very movie feel, the production value is absurd and reminds me also of the incredible 'The Mandalorian'.
I really like how the trailer and character posters are consistent and tell the same story. It's possible to learn that the concept of time and time travel will be a key part of the story, since the elements are all there. I really like the color scheme, personally, earth tones are definitely my favorites and I think it works well with the show. Another fun detail are the textures present in the design elements on the posters, it really made the poster pop and it's possible to find similar textures present in the trailer. Furthermore, in my opinion everything looks stunning and the more you look the more interesting details you notice. The clock with several hands behind the characters is nicely designed and makes a perfect symbology.
